Laura began her insurance career in 1981 with Prudential Insurance and Financial Services where she was employed for approximately 20 years. She held various positions during her career with Prudential, including Underwriting, Claims Processor, Accountant, Word Processor and Agency Specialist. She received her Property and Casualty Insurance License while working for Allstate Insurance in 2006 where she was a Sales Associate.

She started with Insurance Systems Agency in April 2007 and is currently the Staff Bookkeeper, Word Processor, Receptionist Backup, and licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Agent.

Laura has one son and one granddaughter and currently resides in Warren, Ohio.
