Joann Sowa

Receptionist

Joann recently graduated from the Trumbull Career & Technical Adult Training Center with a certification in Computerized Office Technology in June 2007. She also received an International Computer Drivers License (ICDL-US) full certification by passing seven modules consisting of basic concepts of information technology, computer use and file management, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and information and communication. Also while attending school at T.C.T.C. she received a scholarship from the International Association of Administrative Professionals, Western Reserve Chapter.

Joann has been a resident of the Warren area all her life and currently resides in Champion, Ohio with her husband Mark of 21 years and her two son’s Nolan and Dylan. In her spare time, Joann enjoys being outdoors, listening to music and spending time with her family.
