Dawn was born and raised in Warren, Ohio. She graduated from Warren Western Reserve, now Warren G. Harding, in 1988. She attended Trumbull Business College for 2 years, where she studied accounting and medical terminology.

Dawn started her Insurance career in 1993 with State Farm Insurance. She is licensed in Ohio to sell Property and Casualty, and Life and Health Insurance. She is also a Notary Public.

Dawn joined Insurance Systems Agency in September 2007 as a Customer Service Personal lines Agent.

She resides in Howland, Ohio with her husband and 2 children.
